Michelle
Well, it seems my good friend, Michelle, has gone “incognito,” for lack of a better term. I don’t know about the rest of you, but I miss her. She is a great writer and has a wonderful sense of humor.
So I got myself an idea.
I have her mailing address so I thought I’d write her a letter to see how she’s doing. But then it occurred to me–Why don’t I just let Michelle’s blog buddies send their best wishes in comments to this post and then I’ll print them up and send them to her so she knows how much we miss her?
Mind you, not very many people visit my blog so if you’re reading this, please pass it on to someone you know who might like to say “Hi!”
Comment as often as you like.

Michelle, I miss you! I love you sister! And I am and will continue to lift you to our Gracious Lord each and every day!
What a blessing you have been to me in this short time of “knowing” each other
I don’t know what “incognito” means (well i DO but just not in this case) i just pray that whatever it is and wherever it takes you you will know, to the bottom of your toes, Gods Presence. That the Joy only HE can give will flood you through and through!

Michelle, I miss you! I hopr that everything is okay, lifting you in prayer, and hoping to see the little red haired girl pop back up on my blog soon. Love you Princess!
Wow, NorEaster! How cool is this?! I wondered if anyone even knew I was missing - I’ve been ranting and raving and almost cursing! (No, not really…unless you can count, “come on, God!!”
I still can’t get my e-mail up but I am reconnected to the blogosphere. Phew! What a time, thanks for caring.
Y’all are amazing - thanks!
Hi Nor Easter….I was gone this weekend, but I wanted to say howdy to you! Don’t be intimidated over at my blahg..
I’m sure that what you have to say and what the Lord shows you is VERY important. You are valuable…don’t forget that! Blessings to you!

OK, NorEaster…Now where, pray tell, are you?
I click on hours ago to find I’ve almost been declared a goner, “May she rest in peace,” and wait around comboxes hoping to see a glimpse of something new from you…where’d you go?
Come out, come out , wherever you are!!
Michelle:
Welcome back!!!!! You certainly gave me a fright there for a moment!!! At least you know I’m thoughtful, right?
It is SO GOOD to have you back!!! Yay!!!
And now that you’re back, I’m going to publish my official “return-from-hibernation-because-the-sleepin-bear-has woken” Essay.
Again, WELCOME BACK!!!!
Debs:
I’m not intimidated by all that “blah” comments over at your blog; I just think it’s ridiculous how some people get so caught up in their own arguments that the most important words get lost in the shouts and the screams. And that I simply do not have the patience for.
Ok, I understand, believe me….I’m sorry if it was offensive to you….I’m going to try to keep a closer check on things. I don’t have much patience for it either. Again, I apologize that it got so out of control…
Debs:
Honestly, it’s not you I’m worried about–it’s the ones making such extensive arguments for this point of view or against that point of view. They get so caught up in the debate over what they believe, they think that debate IS what they believe. They remind me of the people Christ spoke about when He taught us about prayer, “Do not keep on babbling…for they think they will be heard because of their many words.” Some of them just get so carried away that unless you match their precise perspective of a Christian then they think you are not a Christian. I’ve actually seen people use “the inerrant word of God” as an excuse to justify their own fanaticism. Of course, it’s true that the words don’t change, but if our perspective of those words do not change, we never grow, never mature. For example, I have actually wanted to ask questions about the Emergent movement, but I know I won’t get a definition or an explanation; instead, I’ll only get what somebody thinks is wrong with it. Well, I happen to be a bit more optimistic than that.
